Digital goods

Because our products are instantly-delivered digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Requesting a refund

If a product is faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@grandfieldevents.comand we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
